During this period of staying at home, the sedentary lifestyle aggravates the condition of people with venous insufficiency.

Venous insufficiency is a disease that is constantly getting worse. Tips for venous insufficiency while staying home:

  • Avoid a long sitting position. If this is not possible then use special elastic socks of graduated compression.
  • If you work from home and are behind a desk for several hours, get up regularly for walking, avoid cross your legs and use a footrest.
  • Integrate exercise into your daily routine. Walking, light running and cycling help venous circulation.
  • Rest your feet in a high position 2-4 times a day for a couple of minutes.
  • Avoid tight clothing that prevents venous circulation.

Women experience discomfort more intensely due to hormonal changes and fluctuations in their body.
